What is Allowed 

1. You may download and use the art / music for non commercial and commercial purposes as part of a finished project. 

2. You may copy and modify the material as needed for your projects. 

3. You may add the art /music to YouTube Videos and social media including Facebook  and Instagram.  Music may be used in videos with no worry about Content ID as part of a finished project. 

 4. Attribution is not required 

This license does not give you the right to compile the art and music that was created by me to  provide a similar service. You cannot register the music or derivatives of it with Youtube’s  Content ID or any other service offering royalties. 

What is Not Allowed 

1. The art/music is created by me and I own the copyright; 

2. You may not sell or redistribute art or music as is, without modification, as this is an  infringement of copyright. Art/music must be part of a finished project; 

3. You may not claim art/music as your own;  

4. You may not upload music to any streaming service or register the music as your own  (including YouTube Content ID) or any other service offering royalties.
